763 shares owned by the Ministry of Agriculture in Yundola 95 Ltd. (the former KZS in the village of Yundola) were transferred to Yundola-AM. The new company will be called Yundola 95 Ltd. and will be managed by Maria Pencheva. The capital was increased from 9544 leva to 9600 leva, according to official information in the State Gazette.

CEC
Three large trees were cut down in the park next to the Summer Cinema at the beginning of the past week. The municipal officials who arrived at the site found the timber from only one of them, and the other wood had apparently already been taken away by the thieves. A logging act was drawn up and the case was handed over to the police.

Pharmacies
With the words "Protest" several of the Velingrad pharmacies expressed their position on the ongoing chaos in the drug trade. Pharmacists were not unified in their position, each pharmacy reacted differently to the tremors in the market: some raised prices silently, others sold under the old price lists. The only way out for customers was to go around and cross-reference the numbers to buy the medicine they needed at a bargain price.

On January 8, a non-attendance competition was held in the municipality for several sites of the Cooperative Market. The previous users of the stores (photo, grocery store, fabric store, etc.) had no competitors and kept their premises. Rental prices have risen minimally. A commercial stain was also given to the Triangular Garden, won by Vanya Penkina.

MSDS
On January 13, a regional reporting and election conference of the Youth Union of Democratic Forces (YDF) was held in Pazardzhik. Six delegates from the municipality of Velingrad participated in the work of the conference. Magdalena Popova from Pazardzhik was elected President of the Regional Council of MSDS. It will have three deputies, one of them being the municipal chairman of MSDS - Velingrad Nikolay Stoynov.

WINE
The winter tastings of domestic wines were massively launched in Velingrad. Each self-respecting hamlet makes a Wine Fair and, after a tight race, emits a winner.
