SEA 23 adults from Velingrad and only 5 from Rakitovo have submitted applications to be included in the national program for full participation of pensioners in social life. This program provides rest at sea or mountain to people from nursing homes or receiving social benefits. Those approved for vacation will become clear after April 15 this year.
