Participants in the project are the children themselves, their teachers, assistant educators, parents, unemployed under art. 9 and volunteers. The aim is to provide a healthy, safe and aesthetic environment for children.

In a police raid, 581 boxes of cigarettes without a banderole were seized. The offenders are S. H., 43, who was selling the smuggled goods in a cafe in Cholakovo and R. Sh., 31, who ran a grocery store in St. Petka.
