On June 10 in the capital, the mayor of the municipality Ivan Lebanov and the Minister of Regional Development Assen Gagauzov signed an agreement under which the municipality receives from MRDPW 500,000 levs. The money will be used for public works and asphalting streets.



RESIDENTIAL On June 17, the first protected home for elderly people in Velingrad will be opened. It is called "Velina" and became a fact after the municipality of Velingrad won a project under PHARE worth 155,000 leva. Minister of Social Policy Emilia Maslarova is expected to attend the opening. The excmet Stoyan Dulev was appointed as manager of the protected dwelling after a competition.

Flowers "Eco-Titan" continues the intensive coloration and layout of the park spaces in Velingrad. During the week in the square "N.
