METALS Police detained three thieves aged 17 to 21 who had stolen 620 kg of metal waste from a warehouse in the industrial area of Velingrad. The damage was for 4800 leva, and before that the three had also stolen metal canvases from another warehouse.

Stealing Italian businessman L. D., which has a workshop for the production of ecobriquets in Velingrad, parted with 12,500 euros. The money was stolen from a bag in his firm's office after a burglar broke into the premises between December 6 and 11.

STUDENT A day after the festive 8 December during a walk in the woods near Yundola a student fell from Pashovi rocks. An emergency team from Velingrad quickly arrived at the scene of the accident. The incident ended without serious consequences.

ADVERTISING Since December 10, the satellite channel of BNT has spun a film about Velingrad. The film is from the "Guide BG" series and presents the resort in an advertising plan. The idea is the State Agency for Tourism, and on the satellite channel the advertising film reaches many viewers not only in Bulgaria but also abroad.
