PRESIDENT The President of Bulgaria Georgi Parvanov has accepted to be a patron of the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Velingrad. This was announced in a letter to Mayor Ivan Lebanov, the head of the President's Cabinet Gen. Nikola Kolev.
