JUDGE The Supreme Judicial Council suspended the disciplinary proceedings against Yulia Kitanova, a judge at the Regional Court - Velingrad. It was initiated at the request of the President of the court Veselin Petrichev for systematic failure to perform the duties of Ms Kitanova, who is on maternity leave. The decision of the SJC is because of the expired statute of limitations of conduct of the proceedings and can be appealed.
