On the evening of December 1, the Sofia mayor and informal leader of GERB Boyko Borisov officially opened the grand-hotel "Velingrad". This is another four-star hotel in the resort, built on the site of the former Neochim holiday base by Aroma owner Lukan Lukanov. In parallel with the opening, the hotel hosted a meeting of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria, in which the two major employers' organizations BIBA and SRB united months ago. By a decision of 27 November, the Pazardzhik District Court annulled as unlawful the decision of the Municipal Council - Velingrad to terminate the contract for joint activity with Eurovodcommerce Company. The decision is subject to appeal. In a similar vein is the decision of the District Prosecutor's Office, which refused to file a claim for the dissolution of the joint municipality company "Sport Beevi". The Prosecution shall terminate the file, formed at the request of the municipality. The district judges confirmed the decision of the Municipal Council to sell the working dormitory in front of the hospital. It was suspended and sent to court by the district governor, who can proceed with the appeal.

PROJECT PUDOOS (Environmental Protection Activities Management Enterprise) will finance with 2000 leva two schools from our municipality that are working on the project "Let's Play and Learn - Green and Clean Environment". Secondary School "Hr. Smirnenski" in St. Petka and OU "V. Levski” in Krastava will receive the money for cleaning the terrain, planting trees, forming alleys in school yards. A visit to an ecologically clean area in the country is also provided as a reward for the participants.

DEPUTY On 29 November it started and on 21 February is the next meeting on another case against DPS MP Fidel Beev about the scandal at his gas station in Pazardzhik, in which a young man was injured. The Sofia City Court allowed the charges against F. Beev for threatening to kill and causing bodily harm.

On November 25, police captured three 13-year-old thieves who attacked two women in Velingrad and took away their silver and gold jewelry. One of the detained days previously stole a computer from a car "Mazda" of a Velingrad citizen. Children's Pedagogical Room deals with the three of them, and the police are working on the theft of 15 masterboxes of cigarettes stolen during the night of 28 to 29 November from a store in Velingrad.
