THEATRE In front of a crowded hall in the community center "Father Paisii" the actors from Drama Theatre - Haskovo played their production of Stanislav Stratiev's "Roman Bath". The wonderful play and timeless dramaturgy of the author caused blasts of laughter and applause. The management of the community center invited the guests from Haskovo to play again on the Velingrad stage.

DONATION The Municipality of Velingrad received as a donation from the Maritsa East Mines boiler for a steam installation worth over 7,300 leva. Various options for the use of the boiler are discussed, and the choice of the municipal leadership will be between the community center in Chepino and the schools in Birkovo or Pobit Kamak.

The CNSB trade union conducts among its members in Velingrad a consultation on the readiness for protest and strike actions under the motto "Autumn and winter are coming, it's time to say "Enough!". In the form of a poll, it is asked whether people are ready to personally participate in protests and in what form to protect their labor and social rights. The poll starts on September 4, the results will be announced after their summation.

COUNCIL After the one-month break in August, the Municipal Council of Velingrad begins preparations for the regular session in September. On 15 September, the operational bureau will be held, which will set the agenda for the meeting.

SINGS On September 11 at 6 pm in the hall of the community center "Father Paisii" will perform a concert three of the performers of the music school "Zvanche". The graduates of Yordanka and Ivan Kazalievi - Willi Busina, Anelia Racheva and Emil Shulev will show the best of their musical production. Dancers from KST "Impulse" will also be included on the stage. Before the concert, the performers will serve flowers in front of the monument to Nikolay Gyaurov on the occasion of the anniversary of his birth.
