They will be used to welcome the Chinese delegation, purchase 1000 copies of a book about the mineral waters of Velingrad and albums for the 130th anniversary of the April Uprising, a gift for the anniversary of the municipal hospital, etc. Only Nadezhda Klyuchkova voted against the decision.

STUDY The municipality allocated money for the purchase of a new cooker in Kindergarten "Sunshine" as the old one is unfit after an accident. One of the three new school buses given to the municipality by the Ministry of Education was transferred to use the school in Ablanica.

The councillors rejected the challenge of their decision by Mayor Stoyan Dulev. The decision concerns a municipal plot that is in co-ownership mode with a private one. The mayor argued his dispute with a request of the director of the OU "Hr. Botev" municipal plot to be connected to the school yard. The councillors attacked the mayor that he himself had proposed the previous solution and must now take responsibility. In addition, the decision in favor of the schoolyard cannot be taken without the consent of the private co-owners and neighbors.

With a grant from the republican budget, the municipality will start work to strengthen the stingrays under the Elbrus Hotel. 18 400 leva were voted for development of projects and 2000 leva for expert assessment for strengthening and partial displacement of the road under the ski. The councillors voted 1000 leva from the boiler room subsidy in the Day Centre for Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities and 3500 leva for the completion of a retaining wall in Pashovo.

Lazur Street is the name of a new street-tupik approved by the Municipal Council. The street is on the ski to Rodopi Hotel and so far there are only 2 houses.

The request from Hotel Abir to be allowed to build a parking lot with 23 seats in front of the hotel entrance was dropped from the agenda for this session. The proposal to rent or sell a municipal plot for a 24-hour pharmacy behind the bus stop to Kolchagovo Coffee was withdrawn. The municipality's consent to the sale of real estate at the request of Sergei Penin remained for the next session.
