Hemodialysis The municipality will allocate 15 240 leva from over-execution of its own revenues for the purchase of a hemodialysis apparatus for the municipal hospital. Currently, the Hemodialysis Center has 5 units with a capacity of 25 patients, but the units need frequent repairs because they have completed the critical number of hours. The number of patients in need of hemodialysis has increased to 29 people, and during the tourist season it is greater. The hospital will purchase recycled apparatus, with the supplier being paid half of the amount, and the remainder on deferred payment.

At the beginning of May c. "Tempo" signals the appearance of numerous unregulated landfills along the Velingrad - Yundola road. A check by RIEW-Pazardzhik confirmed that on the road Velingrad - Pashovo there are 6 such dumps, and in the city itself their number is 14. The total amount of accumulated waste exceeds 300 tons. For their cleaning, the municipality will allocate 3000 leva from the fee for TBO, and Stroycom will take care of the liquidation of illegal landfills.

TAXA Citizens will pay a new fee for providing data in digital form on an electronic carrier from the cadastral and regulation plan. So far for one quarter the fee was 30 leva, and for larger areas 2 leva per acre. Now the fee for one quarter is dropped, for properties with an area of more than 1 decare will be paid 10 lev per acre.

RENT From 600 to 1000 levs jumped the rent that the municipality will pay monthly for kindergarten "Fantasia". The request is from the owners of the property of 3058 sq.m., on which the children's institution is located. In May 2007 The Supreme Administrative Court declared unlawful the order of the mayor of Velingrad for expropriation of the property and revoked it. The municipal council voted to extend the lease at this price until 31 December 2008. The municipality will also pay the costs of the cases in the district and high court.

CONTRACTS The councillors continued their paradoxical practice of extending some and terminating other leases of municipal sites. At the previous session they terminated all contracts for which the tenants had applied for an extension. At the July session, the opposite - they satisfied all requests and extended the contracts for sites on the Market, to the triangular garden and in Draginovo.

At the suggestion of the group of BSP councilors and requests of citizens, the locality "Nachovoto" will be transformed into a holiday village. The aim is to improve communications and tourism development in this region above Velingrad. The decision of the Municipal Council will be promulgated in the State Gazette.

The municipal company Stroycom received the consent of the councilors for overdraft in the amount of BGN 30,000. Manager Eve. Boyadzhiev explained that 10-15 000 leva will be used for the purchase of a dump excavator, because now one is rented.
