The Rules of Procedure of the future Tourism Advisory Council in Velingrad were adopted, for which v. "Tempo" wrote. It was decided that the council should number not 17 but 19 people, including the Deputy Chairman of the Municipal Council Mikhail Alexiev and the Chairman of the Committee on Ecology and Tourism in the local parliament Ismet Babuchi.

AFISH Cultural Calendar for 2006 was adopted. The cultural events are secured with 35 000 leva, of which 15 000 leva are for the Festivals of Culture and there are fears that they will not reach.

In case of violations of the "evening" fines will be paid by the parents (from 50 to 500 levs) and the owners of establishments (from 500 to 1000 levs, in case of repeated violation - withdrawal of the permit). From 500 to 2000 leva becomes the fine for the sale of alcohol and cigarettes to persons under 18 years of age, in case of repeated violation the permit for sale will be withdrawn.

The report of Stroycom controller Tanya Goncheva and the annual accounts of the company for 2005 were accepted. It was decided that the municipality would receive a dividend of 20% of the profit. A major problem remains the 280 000 leva that the municipality owes to Stroycom because of the contract with Beev and Beev. Mayor Dulev announced that he had appealed the decision of POS "Beev and Beev" not to return the amount of the contract to the municipality.

COMPETITIONS There are competitions for renting a room in the "Neofit Rilski" Primary School for selling snacks, 7 kiosks for newspapers, the commercial sites of the Central Mineral Beach and the "Mirage" restaurant. The restaurant's tenants will also have to take on the duty of guarding the Beach in 20 hours.

KSEROX Municipal Council approved the amount of 12 000 leva for the purchase of a copy machine for technical provision of its meetings.

BILLBOARDS SD "Brothers Beevi" are obliged to dismantle advertising billboards on the territory of Velingrad, as the term of their contract with the municipality has expired. For this they will also have to pay a 300 leva fine to the municipality. If the facilities are not dismantled voluntarily, the municipality will carry out the dismantling at the expense of the Beevi Brothers SD.

The Municipal Council did not accept the proposal from Krasimir Beev for the breakfast pavilion at the bus station of Chepinotransport. As the pavilion is on private company land, the municipality set a price of 18,000 leva to be sold at. In turn, Kr. Beev proposed to deduct from this amount the rent due for the years and Chepinotransport to buy from the municipality the massive commercial site for less than 2000 leva. The councillors decided that there was no basis for such a request, as there was no contract under which the payment of rent was required.

By decision of the councillors on the proposal of Mayor St. A new taxi stand was created. It will be located in front of the entrance of the bus station of "Chepinotransport", opposite the building of the Police Station.

The councillors agreed and the municipality will seek an additional subsidy to repair the Covered Swimming Pool. 98,100 leva are needed, which will be requested by the Ministry of Finance.

Pieta was the assessment made by a licensed assessor of the dormitory next to the hospital, which the municipality will sell. The building from 608 sq.m. plus a yard of 2744 sq.m. are valued at a total of 660,800 leva - price of land 95 leva/sq.m. and price of the building 132 leva/sq.m.

The Municipal Council authorized the installation of 30 video cameras on poles of the power grid in Velingrad. The scheme for the cameras was approved and proposed by the police station - Velingrad.

ORCHESTER The representative brass orchestra will receive from the municipality the sum of 10 000 leva, which are needed to repair the instruments and buy new ones.

A change in Ordinance 1 was adopted according to which already the municipality will collect the fees for the radios. The fees are considered to be paid at the municipal Information Center for Small and Medium Businesses. Two states will also be revealed to support the network.
