The municipal councilor Ekaterina Kaferinova purchased municipal property of 460 sq.m. in the area of Kalna Banya at the originally announced price - 4600 leva. This happened at the non-attendant competition announced for May 9. As Mrs. Kaferinova is a member of the tender committee, she signed a declaration and did not participate in the discussion on this point, clarified Deputy Mayor Snezhana Veleva, who chaired the committee. For the property in question, which is not a regulated plot, there were no other candidates.
Four candidates appeared for a plot of 235 sq.m. with assignment "For trade and services". The starting price of the plot in Chepino was 4400 leva. The Commission did not allow two of the candidates because of errors in the documents. First place was ranked Georgi Koshedzhiyski with an offer for 7780 leva, second - Nikola Parizov with an offer for 6200 leva.
A plot of 375 sq.m. was sold for 675 leva. in the Pobit stone of Yasen Telev. There was not a single candidate for a tailoring workshop in Kamenica, for which the municipality has set an initial price of 41,000 leva for 3800 sq.m. with a built-up area of 310 sq.m.
