On November 29, an organization of Communist Party "Bulgaria" was established in Velingrad, whose first secretary is the member of the coalition "For Bulgaria" Alexander Paunov. The goal of the party is full mobilization of the left forces and the creation of a single left bloc for the entire municipality before the upcoming Local Elections and participation in them within the coalition "For Bulgaria". The members of CP "Bulgaria" will fight for at least 1-2 seats in the Municipal Council.
25 applications for membership have been submitted for the establishment of the organization in Velingrad. The Assembly elected leadership in the composition: First Secretary Lyubka Paunova and members Ventsislav Karpachev, Zhana Tomcheva, Todor Puyanov, Stoyan Dulev. The Constituent Assembly concluded with the reading of a declaration dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Fatherland Front. It says that "the Motherland is in danger" and more about the need to "restore the unity of the communists of Velingrad for the organization of a strong communist party."
The leader of the municipal leadership of BSP Toma Pachalov congratulated the newly created organization and wished them success and "path wind".
