Driver cut bracket with angle grinder

On March 18, in the center of Velingrad, an angry driver tried to cut with an angle grinder the bracket placed on the front left tire of his BMW car because of improper parking in the blue zone. Witnessing the scene, a municipal official filed a police report. Then 34-year-old T. P. was detained in custody and a speedy police proceedings were brought against him.
