When Mr. Koppe refused to support Chepinets FC anymore, the mayor of the municipality Dr. Dafov assigned me to organize a general meeting to elect a new leadership. I was told that the club was passing to the municipality. The mayor also told me he would begin rebuilding the stadium.

I had given up football, but in this situation I accepted and decided to take on the task. I started telling everyone who loved football in the city, and they couldn't believe it. How will it work? Who will give money? Questions, questions... I proposed Murtin and Vaklinov as coaches of the men's team, and N. Tonchev for administrator and to help organize the meeting. I had prepared a strategy for my work at the club, for the coaches, for the service staff. I wanted a radical change in everything and for 3-4 years to enter consecutively in the "V" and then in the "B" group. With people like the Beevi brothers, there could be no other purpose. Until the meeting everything went according to plan and a few days before it Dr. Dafov told me that the team is taken over by the Beevi brothers with 75% participation and the municipality with 25%. This gave me hope that football would be it, because I saw that the mayor fulfilled his election promises. In the mayor's office, an hour before the meeting, we had gathered F. Beev, Dr. Dafov, Murtin, Vaklinov, Tonchev and Myself. I proposed for leadership a list of names of prominent players of football in Velingrad, but Mr. F. Beev was laconic: President - F. Beev, vice-presidents - K. Beev and Dr. Dafov, members - B. Cholev and lawyer V. Leftycharov. I had commissioned Tonchev to lead the meeting and it was a big mistake of mine. In the selection, instead of my name in the Board, he communicated this to Veso Nikov. And then I found out that N. Tonchev carried out someone's order and did a mean thing. What can help the Valencian football this non-descript figure? Tonchev then excused himself for confusing the notes with the names. How did he get them wrong when the piece of paper was only one and every name in it was specified an hour before the meeting? This man once again showed me that morality and conscience are foreign concepts to him. The time has come for the preparation of the team and for the new appointments of coaches. Also made an office of the club, the Beevi brothers also bought the private land from the playground behind Mud Bath. It was already felt that football future was being taken seriously. And here somewhere the real war began against me, from everywhere and from everyone. Why is it Cholev and not them? Everyone was more concerned not with football, but with the Beevi brothers' money. I was overlooked as a technical director, and I was hardly consulted at all. And that was their big mistake, which they are now paying for. Right from the start, Mr. F. Beev was clear and accurate: "I do not understand football and will pay only for work done." In other words, he said he would give the money and I (Cholev) to manage the football. But gradually one thing was said and another was done. It started a part-time war between the coaches at Dsh and the men's team, and they together against me behind my back. Why? Because they knew that under my leadership there would be a real training process and a real organization of work that would meet the authority of the company "Beevi". The preparation of the men began, and I could not believe my eyes! No drawn-up plan, no two-pronged training with the necessary loads and variety, incorrect, inconsistent with the sports and technical abilities and capabilities of the players. I made a remark to Coach Murtin about making plans for the weekly cycle and for the fall prep period. They weren't drafted! At the same time, the selection of the team went on, where mistakes were also made. I proposed to do everything possible and to attract football players like K. Atanasov, S. Gardanski, G. Nalbantov, S. Kachakov, A. Singing, and some others. At the same time, there were 8-9 students who "train" in Sofia and play in "Chepinets". And I wonder, given that there is enough money provided by the president, instead of the team training scheduledly and biracially, instead of making control matches with stronger rivals and improving its shape continuously, the opposite happened. It came to draws in Cave and with "Hebar". The audience is the most faithful barometer and people say, "There has never been so much money in the club, and our team is so weak." I hear talk, and it's even written that matches are bought again in the away games. And if that is true - shame for football, shame for Chepinets, shame for Beevi brothers, shame for our city too! I mean, nobody fired me from the club, I left it myself. The reason is that everything else was done in it, but not football. And this is the place to tell Mr. F. Beev and Dr. Dafov that I am a professional and I have repeatedly proved it. As I did years ago, when I successively took the team out of the county group, through the "V" and entered the "B" group, and for the country cup we played in the semifinal! I said that I want to return in 2-3 years "Chepinets" to the "B" group, to help and work for this without having bargained for money. And I was going to, but you didn't keep your promise and you didn't let me deal with all the technical issues. And now we would not be in this shameful position - punished and fined. Football, in addition to money, is done with specialists and with very good specialists. And current coaches do not lead their teams to the desired good games and results. N must be released immediately. Tonchev, because he interferes more with his intrigues and seeks mainly his own interest. All this I say with pain and disappointment, because I see the money and efforts of the Beevi brothers being wasted, which I respect. Under these excellent conditions, Chepinets deserves to take its place even in professional football. It is commendable that you set out to help the club and in the restoration of the stadium. But leave football to the specialists, to those who have proven they can. Get rid of the "interesters", those who deceive you and lie that they can do something.
