BUDGET 100 000 leva is the amount that the municipality of Velingrad set in its budget for 2009. Sports spending was voted on at the February 25 session. SKI Two ski-running competitions began at Yundola on 3 March. The winter resort will host a national student ski competition for visually impaired students.
