In honor of Independence Day, September 22 will be held for the fifth consecutive time Rotary marathon organized by the clubs in Pazardzhik, Velingrad and Panagyurishte. Participants will run 5, 10, 22 and 46 km on a route that goes around Batak Dam. The start is on the morning of September 22 in front of the Panorama Hotel, where the marathon final will be.
PRIMORSKO The club of veteran athletes "Health" participates in the state championship in athletics for veterans in Primorsko. The Velingrad women returned with a silver medal of Lyubka Pandeva and certificates of Nezabravka Yanakova, Ivanka Dimitrova and Radka Buchkova.
