After the two consecutive losses of Chepinets-Beev FC - one for the Bulgarian Cup against Vinogradets and the other in the championship against Bratsigovo, the Management Board (MB) of the club gathered on September 9 and held a regular meeting. In addition to the two losses, the soulless and irresponsible game of the footballers was discussed on it. Considering the funds invested, the conditions created and the goals set, the club's Board does not see the sports and technical staff and the players to respond in a proper way. Instead of self-dealing, serious attitude and impassioned victories, the players demonstrate a sluggish, frivolous and soulless game. In connection with all this, the Board has decided to give a final warning to the sports and technical headquarters of the club. Footballers are punished with deprivation of a premium for one match at a visit. The number of players should be reduced to 18-20 people (before the start of the championship, 27 people were carded). From now on, the distribution of premiums and wages will be different. The players will not take their due bonuses in full and immediately after the match, but will receive 50% of them. The salaries will be the same, only the players will receive 75% of their salaries for the month. The remaining funds (50% of premiums and 25% of wages) will accumulate and will be given upon completion of the main goal - entry into the "B" group.
This way of distribution is new and for the first time is associated with achieving a specific goal and... then payment. The players are interested in winning the barrages to enter the "B" group to get their money earned during the year. The motives are clear, the goal is feasible - otherwise they lose a lot.
