On April 30, the chief architect of the municipality, Todor Enev, released documents related to the ongoing excavation of the streets in Velingrad for the construction of the cable network of the future TV of SD "Brothers Beevi".
The set of documents includes a copy of the individual license for building a network for radio and television signals, issued by the Communications Regulation Commission - Sofia to the Beevi Brothers SD on April 11, 2002. A building permit (sketch-visa) was presented from April 16, 2002, signed by the Chief Architect and in agreement with VKTV, BTC and Electrodistribution; an opinion from the Traffic Police-KAT sector - Pazardzhik dated April 29, 2002; a contract for the exercise of independent construction supervision between SD "Brothers Beevi" and ET "Vector-Inj. Petar Sechkov" - Pazardzhik also from 29 April; project for temporary organization of the movement, prepared by Eng. Hristo Toshkov, in which there are no dates indicated.
By order of the mayor Dr. Dafov from April 30, all documents were sent to the head of the Regional Directorate for Independent Construction Control Eng. N. Patalenska to pronounce on legality. By the same order, the mayor orders a check whether the necessary deposits have been deposited by the Beevi Brothers SD when digging up street and sidewalk pavements. The mayor's order is in connection with an oral signal issued by the head of "Union Television - Velingrad" Mr. K. Belukhov. The results of the inspections will be announced after the holidays. At the May 15th session, post-factum and councillors will discuss the permission to dig up streets and sidewalks that are public municipal property.
From SD "Bevi Brothers" continue to lay the cables for the future television, at full speed is also working on weekends. And Velingradians expect from the launch of the new television high quality, many programs and a large number of modern technical capabilities.
