I answer publicly and directly placed to me by DPS MP Mr. Fidel Beev, in his capacity of inspirer, coordinator, protector and guarantor of the election war of Stoyan Dulev - the "independent candidate" (independent because nothing depends on him) for mayor of the Municipality of Velingrad. "Gentlemen, you know very well that Angel Toporchev is incorruptible, that he has not taken from you and will take neither money nor other benefits. This does not prevent you from spreading abominable lies for the purpose of deceiving the believers." You're disappearing. This innuendo was already used in the previous campaign. Your screenwriters and heralds do not stop spreading lies and clarifications where they catch dickish - at mosques, churches, retirement clubs, transport services (by bus and pseudo-bus means - without tender and competition).
The People's Agricultural Party "Nikola Petkov" raised and supported me as an expert and as a civil position to defend Bulgaria and Bulgarian interests. This support is without election or post-election terms or collusion. The election for mayor of a municipality is a majority. Choice of personality, not choice of party or coalition. I applied because today's Velingrad is a fate and a pain that I am not indifferent to. I have applied again to state publicly that I am against the phenomenon of Beevization on a local and national level.
I have not bribed and will not pay for votes or support. Let politicians and voters make sure that there is a normal relationship. My conscience is clear. For the time I have managed the Municipal Administration of Velingrad, I have no acts, found violations, no cases have been filed against orders, acts or decisions made by me in the Municipal Council. It's proof of a job done professionally. Unlike other contenders - cases of illegal contracts, disregard of Supreme Court decisions. Corruption. Investigations. Penal decrees. Acts of financial and administrative misconduct. The municipality is not a private firm, nor is it a political gratitude for obedience and blameless submission. The municipality is no place for criminals.
Like many of you, I am ashamed to answer the question "Last - Velingrad or Beevgrad?". I stand against another attempt to openly and grossly trample and manipulate through illegal media and illegal means, stooges and machinations and fear, Velingrad again and for a long time to be robbed and robbed.
I wasn't afraid of the machinations of another farce election in February 2005. I wasn't as scared as the mega-coalition candidate for mayor. I entered all court hearings and in person before the judicial panels I defended and defended the truth and justice in the interest of Velingrad. And I will continue to do so.
What connected me to Dr. Tsvetan Dafov? Only the ex officio resolution of important and urgent public problems.
What separated me from Dr. Tsvetan Dafov?
Corruption mechanisms and illegal enrichment, intrigue, suppression of initiative, behind-the-scenes agreements that have almost always led to public scandals and to the courtroom. We have no mutual friends with Dr. Dafov. But I bore the negatives of his style and "results".
Velingrad was fatally left behind and emerged as a territory with fading functions, not meeting the good traditions, an outstanding human and natural resource. And all this is the result of the economic and political ambitions of local pseudo-politics and groups.
Wise people of Velingrad, it is up to you whether we catch up. Those who do not vote will give others a chance to determine the destinies of this nature-blessed city. On the occasion of the election campaign around Velingrad and the region, extremely dangerous opposition and tension between different layers on ethnic, religious and territorial grounds is generated and ignited. Don't give in. This can have fatal consequences. This also signals the services that are responsible for observing the legality, security and public order in the area and the country. Open your eyes before it becomes fatally late.
I know we're all sick of elections, games and coalition deals under the table at the expense of the people. Don't let anyone else decide fate again. If you do not now exercise this your constitutional right and responsibility, civil conscience and reason, it will be necessary with our taxes to have new elections, because convicts cannot be in elective or municipal posts.
Aware that the management of one municipality is a huge responsibility to all citizens, I declare that if you vote with the ballot number and two and elect Angel Toporchev as mayor of the Municipality of Velingrad:
1. A quick exit from the deep crisis and isolation struck the Municipality of Velingrad from all directions.
2. As mayor of the entire population and my administration as a team, we will respect the freedoms and rights of all citizens.
3. Lawfulness, justice, mutual trust, respect and security will prevail in tomorrow.
4. Velingrad will have a mayor, whom you will not be ashamed of.
5. Investments, attracted funds from funds, new jobs created will reduce unemployment by no less than 50%.
6. Conditions guaranteeing the amount of investment in public and private businesses to be not less than 5 times the size of the municipal budget for the period 2005-07. (over BGN 45 million).
Of all the canidat mayors, I alone have a clear detailed program, guaranteeing the intensive and sustainable development of the municipality of Velingrad in the period 10-15 years, which is an instrument and a guarantee of prosperity. Only the Law will give us freedom. The time has come. Vote by conscience and reason. Don't trust them. Punish the criminals. Don't slave - vote.
