On 28, 29 and 30 September, the City Mixed Choir at ONC "Otets Paisii" under the conductorship of Petar Stefanov returned the visit of the mixed choir to "Smart Society" (Art Society) from the town of Bitola. Together with our choir with a special invitation from the company of IMRO "Molika" (which is also a mountaineering company) in Bitola went Nikola Todev, "the culprit" for the good relations between the two cities.

The hosts from Bitola have walked their guests to Ohrid, where they visited the churches together. Kliment Ohridski" and "St. Sofia", the monastery "St. Naum" and the chapel "St. John", the amphitheatre "Upper Sarai" and, of course, the Samuil fortress, as well as the Ohrid and Prespa lakes. The solemn concert of the Velingrad choir was held in the hall of the House of the Army. The choirs in Velingrad have performed over songs by Dobri Hristov, Petko Staynov, Ivan Spasov, Bortnyanski and others. The Bulgarian and Macedonian ensemble under the general conductorship of Petar Stefanov have sung a choir of prisoners from Giuseppe Verdi's opera Nabucco. The piano accompaniment of Mrs. Stoyanka Encheva impressed the hosts to such an extent that she received a personal invitation from them to participate in a concert with people of Bitola on October 7. Future meetings and joint work between artists from both cities are forthcoming because: "The problems, however heavy they may be, are more easily solved with friends and song of mouth."
