Any new proposals that have been made (e.g. a representative of the owners to participate in the negotiations with the potential investors in the compensation part) will be submitted to the Municipal Council, which must make a decision. The owners asked to give time for new meetings and discussion of possible new proposals of the Municipality, not to make decisions that will take both them and the municipality to the court, because "We do not want a court, but to understand each other", as Mr. Sabev said. The municipality's desire is to clear the property in order to seek a more successful investor for the building. The desire of the owners is to be compensated without compromising their dignity, because their grandfathers were among the donors of the village of Lydzhene, and the Cultural House should be made and in this sense the aspiration of the municipality and the mayor. Already the "ball" is in the Municipal Council, which must consider whether it will extend the time for negotiations by making new proposals, given the wishes of the owners or will proceed to a new procedure.
